Eternal Love Rain (2020) is a Chinese fantasy romance drama that follows Ning Xiurui, the second prince of the Dragon Clan. When a severe drought strikes the human world, Ning Xiurui secretly travels to the mortal realm and uses his powers to bring rain and help the people suffering from the disaster.

During his journey, he meets Jin’er, a young woman from a fishing village. In an attempt to help her village, Ning Xiurui gives her the Dragon Clan’s precious Ni Lin. However, Jin’er and the treasured scale mysteriously disappear at the same time, while a powerful barrier prevents Ning Xiurui from returning to the sea.

Unable to return home, Ning Xiurui remains in the human world for 500 years, searching for the missing treasure and trying to understand what happened. Eventually, he encounters Su Yinyin, a woman who looks remarkably like Jin’er. Their reunion awakens old resentment, hidden memories, and an unexpected love story.
